1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, payment method — and usage data generated when you use AI PowerHouse. Scan content (text, images, audio) is processed in real time and is not stored beyond your session unless you explicitly save a report.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the platform, process payments via Stripe, send service notifications, and improve detection accuracy. We do not sell your personal data or scan content to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Scan reports are retained for 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Professional), or 1 year (Business/Enterprise). You can request deletion at any time via Account Settings → Danger Zone.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Submit requests via Account Settings or email privacy@aipowerhouse.io. We respond within 30 days.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. AI PowerHouse is operated by AI PowerHouse Inc. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. A 14-day free trial is available. Your card will be charged on day 15 unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI PowerHouse to harass individuals, process CSAM, circumvent legal obligations, or resell our services without a written agreement. Automated scraping of our platform is prohibited.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI detection results are probabilistic, not definitive. Results must not be used as the sole basis for legal, academic, or employment decisions. AI PowerHouse provides tools, not verdicts.

5. Limitation of Liability

AI PowerHouse's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

Annual SOC 2 Type II audit covering Security, Availability, and Confidentiality trust service criteria. Report available on request under NDA.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. API keys are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). AI PowerHouse never stores, processes, or transmits cardholder data directly.

Data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are fulfilled within 30 days. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) available for EU customers.

Scan content submitted via API is not logged or retained beyond the inference call. Enterprise customers can opt for zero-retention processing.

Quarterly penetration tests by a CREST-certified third party. Results and remediation timelines available on request to enterprise prospects.

6-signal forensic analysis on any written text. Detects perplexity, burstiness, StyleDNA, semantic drift, vocabulary range, and sentence rhythm. Works across essays, emails, code, and interview answers.

Per-utterance AI detection during live meetings. Flags each response as AI-assisted, human, or uncertain in real time. Detects over-formal language, missing disfluencies, and suspiciously complete answers.

Detects AI-generated images from Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion. Analyzes GAN fingerprints, texture coherence, metadata integrity, and physics plausibility. Upload a file or capture directly from camera.

Monitors how someone types, not just what they type. Detects paste events, inter-key interval uniformity, and the absence of thinking pauses. Even retyping an AI answer produces a suspicious uniform rhythm that gets caught.

Detects synthetic TTS voices and AI voice clones. Three input modes: live microphone recording with real-time transcription, audio file upload, or transcript paste. Fingerprints ElevenLabs, Google TTS, Amazon Polly, and OpenAI TTS.

Two modes: frame-by-frame analysis for uploaded video/images, and a live stream agent for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitch. Detects facial geometry anomalies, lip-sync delays, blink irregularities, and GAN artifacts.

Analyzes news articles, social posts, and press releases for AI authorship combined with misinformation signals. Fetch content by URL or paste directly. Performs claim-by-claim analysis — each one labeled VERIFIED, SUSPICIOUS, or FALSE.

Every scan across every module auto-saves to your Reports Library. Organized by module category, each report includes the full signal breakdown. One-click PDF export generates a styled forensic report suitable for academic, HR, or legal use.
